New Luxury Waterfront Residences Open In Stamford
STAMFORD, CT — Allure, the newest addition to Stamford’s Harbor Point area, is officially open and welcoming tours. In addition to apartments with water views, developer Building and Land Technology (BLT) said they have worked to create a resort-style atmosphere.
The new complex boasts 435 apartments, featuring 37 three-bedroom units, averaging 1,518 square feet, in addition to two 4,655-square-foot, four-bedroom penthouse super-units.
The complex offers a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and townhouses units, each of which feature open floor plans, large closets and oversized windows and balconies to take advantage of the views, company officials said Tuesday.
“Through the amenities we selected, inspired by the world’s leading resorts and spas, Allure will cater to every resident’s needs,” BLT Chairman Carl Kuehner said in a statement. “Enjoy it as a quiet waterfront oasis while taking in the views of Long Island Sound. Host the perfect dinner party in the gourmet kitchen, or enjoy a glass of wine and a book in the Nook, our library space. Relax by the pool and dine al fresco with outdoor grills. Unwind with friends in the lounge, Club Desire…Allure truly has it all.”
Some of Allure’s most enticing features include:
- A Gourmet Kitchen, offering professional appliances, dishware and flatware. It is available for residents to use when hosting dinner parties and other cooking-based events.
- The Nook, a quiet library space with furniture by the fireside, where residents can host a book club or formal business meeting, or simply relax and read.
- Club Desire, a lounge space for entertaining, relaxing and unwinding with couches and fireplaces.
Resort-Style Pool, accompanied by barbecue grills, fire pits, private cabanas and daybeds with sunset views.
- Fitness Center, offering state-of-the-art Peloton bikes and TRX equipment, as well as a private yoga room. Bathing and grooming services for pets are also available in the dog spa.
Allure is located within Harbor Point, a waterfront mixed-use community that offers a number of public spaces and over 200 events and recreation year-round, as well as restaurants and stores.
Boaters can also take advantage of Harbor Point’s five marinas, Hinckley Yacht Yard’s full-service boatyard and a complimentary summer water taxi that provides easy access between Harbor Point and the Harbor Landing complex across the west branch of the harbor.
