New Luxury Waterfront Residences Open In Stamford
STAMFORD, CT — Allure, the newest addition to Stamford’s Harbor Point area, is officially open and welcoming tours. In addition to apartments with water views, developer Building and Land Technology (BLT) said they have worked to create a resort-style atmosphere.
The new complex boasts 435 apartments, featuring 37 three-bedroom units, averaging 1,518 square feet, in addition to two 4,655-square-foot, four-bedroom penthouse super-units.
The complex offers a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and townhouses units, each of which feature open floor plans, large closets and oversized windows and balconies to take advantage of the views, company officials said Tuesday.

Some of Allure’s most enticing features include:
- A Gourmet Kitchen, offering professional appliances, dishware and flatware. It is available for residents to use when hosting dinner parties and other cooking-based events.
- The Nook, a quiet library space with furniture by the fireside, where residents can host a book club or formal business meeting, or simply relax and read.
- Club Desire, a lounge space for entertaining, relaxing and unwinding with couches and fireplaces.
