Two Seasoned Brokers Join Stamford Developer.

Stamford, CT – (April 26, 2011) Building and Land Technology, the developer of the 80-acre mixed-use Harbor Point project on the west branch of Stamford Harbor, recently announced Judd W. McArthur and Jon E. Sabrowski have come on board as commercial Leasing Directors. They will work along side BLT’s existing Leasing Director Lori Baker.

Prior to joining BLT, McArthur was a Senior Vice President with CresaPartners in Norwalk where he provided tenant representation services for clients in both Westchester and Fairfield Counties.  Throughout his career, he has specialized in providing corporate real estate services to both local and national companies in a variety of industries with an emphasis on transaction management. McArthur holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree in real estate investment from NYU.

Sabrowski comes to BLT with more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience.  Most recently, he was a Principal and Executive Vice President with RHYS Commercial where he spearheaded the Investment Sales Team.  Sabrowski represented institutional and individual investors in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, and mixed-use investment properties throughout the Tri-State area.  Before joining RHYS Commercial, Sabrowski was a Senior Managing Director with GVA Williams (now Colliers) where he was an office and retail broker on behalf of tenants and landlords throughout Connecticut and New York. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from the University of Maryland.

Carl R. Kuehner, III, Chairman and CEO of Building and Land Technology said, “Our growing portfolio of commercial properties necessitated these critical staff additions and we are delighted to welcome both Judd and Jon to our BLT team.  Our current and future tenants will be well served by Judd, Jon and Lori’s collective talents and experience. ”
