NORWALK OFFICE TOWER TAKES REGIONAL AWARD

Building and Land Technology's 901 Main Ave. is Honored Again.

Norwalk, CT -- (June 15, 2010) At a Spring awards ceremony in Atlantic City, 901 Main Avenue, one of the towers at Building and Land Technology's office campus located at the intersection of the Merritt Parkway and Route 7, was recognized as the 2009 TOBY winner in the 250,000 to 499,999 square foot category. This competition includes buildings from Washington DC to Maine.

The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in office buildings and rewarding excellence in office building management. During the competitions, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and "green" policies and procedures.

"We must be doing something right," commented BLT President and CEO, Carl R. Kuehner, III, "this building garnered the Southern CT award in late 2009 and now has gone on to win the Mid Atlantic Regional. Once again, I'm proud of all our management team is doing to provide the best possible environment for our tenants."
