Stamford, CT - (April 28, 2009) - It was announced today that Building and Land Technology (BLT) has again been retained by Goldman Sachs and Lubert Adler for the leasing, management and construction management of several more of their commercial property assets in Stamford: Stamford Harbor Park on Ludlow St., Clearwater House on Atlantic St., Stamford Harbour Square on Canal St., Holly Pond Plaza on East Main St. and One Dock Street. These properties are in addition to 600 Summer St. and Stamford Landing, which were awarded to BLT earlier this month. All properties were previously managed by Antares Investment Partners.
