These state-of-the-art office complexes located at the intersection of the Merritt Parkway and Route 7, truly define speculative building and are now occupied by the headquarters for industry-leading organizations such as GE Commercial Finance, Diageo North America, Inc., Hewitt Associates, GE Real Estate, IMS and Xerox.

While the office sector is BLT’s main focus, residential development is a strong division.
